AL'S SWIMMING POOLS & SPAS

I had a home invasion and 500.00 is alot of money to me. He sold me a hot tub he guranteed for six months. I wasn't able to hook it up and turn it on till almost winter. I used it approximately 2 weeks and drained it and winterized it. It was in an enclosure built for it and when I turned it on this winter it wouldnt work. It had a FL flashing. I was attacked in a home invasion and struck in the head more than 25 times in the head with a hammer and another 20 times with a bat and hammer combo toher places on my body. Recieved a broken arm dislocated s houlder broken jaw broken pinky and who knows how many muscle tears during the fight for my life. I was abl;e touse this hot tub twice and put it away and it never worked again. He wants to charge me for a service man to come out when he said if there were any problems they would be out. It is in my opinion he sold me a hot tub out of the back that was not reconditioned and was very rude about it. I am crippled due to the home invasion where 10 planned my murder and spending the last of my money for a little comfort ended up being I should have went someplace else. I did not get help he had promised and feel very ripped off.
