Use Ray with OnPoint, he and his team were fantastic. Ray was the first company out of 6 that I contacted and got back to me right away. They started right away and cut out drywall, set up blowers,removed furniture and spayed for mold. I recommended him to my neighbors and friends, who were unfortunately in the same situation here in Florida. You will not be disappointed!

Ray and Matt were great! Came out quickly and worked with us for longer then expected thanks to recurring water coming in. They stuck it out with us and were very patient to make sure the job was done right!

In a fraught time with record level flooding extending for days, Ray Howard and his team(especially Matt) were great. We live in a condo community and many of us experienced flooding for the first time-/ Ray explained the process and helped us do what we could to keep costs down and take care of all possible issues.

OnPoint was extremely focused and at one point we had 20 working to mitigate our basement flood. Our point of contact, Jim, was extremely friendly and responsive to questions, texts and calls. We hired them for the restoration as well.

Extremely happy I chose On Point to do my repair work after the hurricane. They took the adjusters report and accomplished all that they require and more. They were professional, personable and reliable. They cleaned up every day before they left. I would like to thank Tim for being so kind because when a disaster happens you are stressed and he was kind and understanding. They do good work!

Ray Howard, the owner, was at my home within 1 hour of my frantic phone call. He evaluated my water damage; he explained what was required and the process; and he gave me a quote. Much to my relief, he and his crew started the remediation the next morning! Immediately upon completion of the the remediation, the restoration commenced. My basement is beautiful! Onpoint not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. The crew, especially Larry, was polite, pleasant, and proficient. Larry kept me updated on the status of the project and he gladly made adjustments to accommodate my schedule. He was a joy to work with. I will use this company again!

Ray is AMAZING ! He is fast and so very helpful in a process I was very overwhelmed with. He is working with me every step of the way. He is going to do my rebuild of my basement too but I could wait to write a review !!! Ray and his team are the best !!!

Professional and timely.

Ray is very knowledgeable about home improvement/ disaster repair. From A to Z there is nothing he and his crew canâ t do. Iâ m a first time home owner so I didnâ t really know what to do but Ray did. He took care of communication with the insurance company and made sure that everything that could be covered was covered. The crews are extremely polite and professional. Nobody wants to go through the nightmares of home restoration or home improvements but with Ray and the crew of Onpoint Restoration itâ s more like a dream come true.

Ray came out when I had water damage from a fridge leak which affected my kitchen and finished basement. He was damage control after the first restoration company didn't do what was supposed to be taken care of. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He dealt with my insurance company and we were able to completely renovate my kitchen and the basement above what my expectations were. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!

Ray was very personable. Anything I didn t understand in process he was able to explain. This was my first time dealing with homeowners insurance and flood damage, Ray was able to help through the whole process. I would definitely use his services if needed in the future.

Ray from Onpoint first impressed me with his compassion and consideration for our needs. His team worked very hard on Memorial Day which was very ho and muggy to completely clear out our basement after the city drains backed up and filled our basement with 20 inches of contaminated water. We were very pleased with this company. I only wish they would have hauled away the debris but Ray said it would be picked up by our Waste Removal company. It eventually was, 13 days later. We are very grateful to Onpoint Property Restoration and would definitely recommend them and have.

This company was fabulous to work with during a very difficult time. They were professional, clean, nice, and extremely thorough. We have had flood restoration before and that company was nothing like this one. They were at our house for two days solid and did an exceptional job. Do not hesitate to use them! I never write reviews and this company deserves a ton of accolades.

I believe the overall work done was excellent. Our insurance company first told us our basement flood was covered so we gave OnPoint the go-ahead. Then we found out we were not. At that point, I'm at fault for not asking more questions about charges. Case in point, OnPoint brought in fans and dehumidifiers that we were told were necessary and should run for 3 days. The rental for that equipment, which I didn't question, turned out to be almost $600 a day. Final quibble: when I paid I was not offered a receipt and I forgot to ask for one. I emailed and was told I'd get one. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting.

The estimate was quick and the person was very friendly. Once scheduled, work done as estimated completed by a very professional and capable crew. I was very satisfied!

On Point got everything done that I needed to take care of a mold problem. I am very satisfied with the work Ray and his crew did.
