Ray responded to my call immediately and on a Saturday no less, he gave me a great price over the phone and we scheduled the work for that week. He arrived right on time and was so nice. I believe that this company over charged me when I was desperate. He was here for a total of three hours max and charged $2,500 to remove water from my basement. Furniture that he moved was not put back, moldings he removed were left as is.

Excellent service

On Point Property Restoration performed above my expectations. They completed several repairs that were incidental to the mold remediation and subsequent restoration. Their quote for both aspects of the project were below their competition and they finished the project in a timely manner. The final mold spore testing was well below required guidance for mold levels.

Quick response to my concern. Low overhead for this company so the vallue is passed on to the customer. I probably would have paid close to twice as much for a major commercial company.

Very professional in everything they did. They started the work almost immediately and worked till the job was complete. Mr Howard (Owner) explained what they intended to do each day and at the end of the day gave us a summary of what was finished and what would be done the following day. He handled all phone calls for the insurance company and outside contractors needed to complete the work and worked with us to keep costs to a minimum. Job was completed in a very timely manner. Very high quality work. Very respectful of your home and your time making sure that everything was covered to avoid damage to other areas of the home not being worked on. Very friendly and professional-we would recommend him for any of your restoration projects.
