Description of Work: Our AC was on its last leg and he worked with us to try to help it survive. He was honest about the state of the unit and advised us that it was time to replace the unit. We didn't have the money to replace the unit at the time so took the chance on the repair. The AC died anyway. We appreciated MACS honesty and their prompt service.

 + 0 moreWe have a strange in floor heating system and he will work relentlessly to try and figure out what is wrong with the heating system. He will make sure that he keeps on coming back and he will go out of his way to figure out convenient times for us. He will come in any day of the week and is very flexible. It was very cold and out heater was broken and he kept checking on us and calling to make sure everything was going correctly.
Description of Work: I used Mac's Heating and Cooling to fix and maintain my in floor heating system.

 + 0 moreThey were excellent. I used them because my first person didn't do electrical and they didn't tell me ahead of time. He was very pleasant. He was here for about an hour. I called two other heating and cooling companies and nobody could come until Thursday. This was on a Tuesday and he made me his last stop on Tuesday, so he worked me in so I could have air conditioning. I trust him and I am going to use him from now on. The price was very good since he came the same day. He had to do electrical and everything. He called to tell me that he would be here in 30-45 minutes and he was. He was very good and my air conditioner is running well. He is very thorough.

 + -1 moreTHEY FOUND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG RIGHT AWAY AND EXPLAINED IT TO US IN A VERY CLEAR MANNER. THEY GAVE US THE BEST DEAL THAT OUR MONEY COULD BUY. THEY WERE WONDERFUL.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE FILTER IN OUR HEATER.
