Llamas Construction Group gave me a really competitive bid for my project (repairing a water damaged plaster ceiling with 70 year old popcorning texture) and they were the only ones who were going to repair my plaster with plaster; the other bids were all to install drywall and blend it. Julian showed up when he said he would and did a really nice job on what was probably a difficult project due to the age and texture on the ceiling. LCG will be my first call for future projects.

The owner Julien was outstanding, he completed the work as scheduled , he did everything he said he would do , he was on time, put coverings over our floors and furniture for protection and cleaned up after the job was completed, very professional and even offered suggestions for other areas of concern that we had. The next day we had electricians come back to our home about an electrical issue concerning the ceiling they had to drill into and they were amazed at the drywall repairs performed by Llamas Construction, in short YES I would recommend this company to others

My husband and I had a great experience with Julian, from Llamas Construction Group. He was great to work with, very knowledgeable, kind, good listener, great at follow up and staying in contact with us. We needed some drywall repair work done in our kitchen. The cabinet installer determined that one of our kitchen soffits was not level. He thought it best that the soffit be repaired before installing the trim molding. Julian immediately contacted us upon our request and came out to look at the task. Because he did not want to overcorrect the soffit, he recommended that the cabinet installer install the trim first,; then he would be able to level the soffit. Everything worked out beautifully! Our cabinet installer returned to install the trim and then Julian finished the leveling of the soffit. My husband and I would highly recommend Julian for all your drywall needs.

Julian and his team repairs holes in our ceilings from water damage. They fixed plaster, treated and replaced tiles, and painted. They also fixed the plaster in an area next to a shower that needed custom design work. They were quick, friendly and did a great job.
