gary showed up when I called , due to furnace not working, he ran some checks, cleaned furnace and replaced board the same day, as the weather was colder, I am very pleased with them

I paid the company to pull permits-a year later still not done. Called the company and told them to please pull these permits which they did at that time. Upon the city inspection- several things sited to be fixed. Owner was extremely rude about having to pull the permits and also having to fix there errors. We smelled gas after they fixed the work and the owner came out very rude again checked the pipes and told me there was no leak. six months later the gas smell was getting much worse in the house. I called our gas company and he informed there was definitely a gas leak. I had to pay $200 for another Heating and cooling company to come and find the leak. The fittings that White heating and cooling used were the wrong fittings and had to be replaced. I called White again and they came out and fixed the problem-I informed them that I expected to be reimbursed $200 it cost me to find there mistake. The owner very rudely laughed at me and told me they would never reimburse me and to sue him for it. He stated I had old pipes and it was not his fault. My husband and I lived in the house for six months with a gas leak which could have been deadly, not to mention the extra costs for energy that we had to pay through the winter months. White Heating and cooling had no remorse and they were horrible about it.
