 + -1 moreStarted off great. As it got towards the end, things went south. Greg refused to finish the job, and tried demanding final payment, while refusing to do things he quoted, flooring for example. Left us scrambling, not only to get the flooring, but have it installed. We decided to have an inspection done, and it's a good thing we did! Shoddy workmanship, to say the least. Garage floor is wavy, doors, windows, knotty pine ceiling were not sanded, nor finished properly. Near worthless job insulating the crawlspace, insulation falling off already, less than 2 months after installation. Mold growing in the crawlspace. Stand by generator not hooked up correctly, smoke detectors not wired properly. Terrible paint job. On, and on, and on.... Refused to provide C of O.

 + -1 moreExcellent work. Followed schedule. No issues. Subcontractor costs seemed reasonable. Very pleased with the work. Company only does one job at a time, so work gets sole attention and is completed quickly. Only gave a "B" for price because it wasn't the lowest bid.
