The customer service people and tech were wonderful....however we did need to wait for a part and had to do without our refrigerator for a week. Thankfully we had another one in our garage. So I guess not having parts readily available would be my only complaint.

Had a little confusion with setting up the first appointment but once we got past that thay were really good. Got the part faster then predicted and were here sooner the first throught.

Fixed my washer in less than a half hour. Very satisfied with their service and will use them again.

they do not show up

We actually had an appliance service contract through our local energy company for our refrigerator, and their (unable to be contacted) subcontractor totally failed. We THEN canceled our service contract and found ADVANCED APPLIANCE & REFRIGERATION though HomeAdvisor. We called AA&R late in the afternoon, who immediately answered the phone, and even though they had to order the part for our older (no longer made) refrigerator, they got the part and from first phone call to install, had the refrigerator fixed in less than 36 hours....for an excellent price!! We can't thank AA&R and HomeAdvisor enough!!!!

Tony did a great job converting natural gas to propane cloths dryer and installing stackable dryer and washer in a very tight space. Very professional and courteous. Thanks.

Not so prompt on answering customer service calls. When they do, the service is excellent. These folks are located approximately 35 miles from my home. They service an area that encompasses the northeastern counties of the lower peninsula of Michigan. Their servicemen are on the road about 12 to 14 hours a day. They are courteous, cordial, professional and know their business. The service call lasted all of 40 minutes once the serviceman arrived. Great dedication to provide timely fixes. If you need help, call these guys!!!!

The Service was timely and done in a professional manner and better yet he knew what he was doing!

Called on a Sunday and actually t/t someone. They were out the next day, but had to order the part, which came in a couple of days later. They showed up the next day ahead of schedule and had it up and running within a few minutes. Price was a lot better than having to buy a new fridge.

Advanced Appliance was very professional and timely in resolving the problem we encountered with our refrigerator. I would recommend them higthly to anyone in their service area. After having held a Builder's License in Michigan for quite a number of years, I was very much impressed by the performance of Advanced Appliance.
