I would not recommend this guy for anything. Spent thousands of dollars with Frost to spruce up a lake house property. Last on the list was tree trimming the spring of 2016. Was quoted a labor rate of $50 an hour per man. Questioned why it was more then his previous rate of $35 per hour. Told me skill level here was greater. I agreed. Two showed up in a truck. Not sure how old the driver was but his helper was a 14 year old boy. My first thought was trouble here and I got ripped off. After they messed around for about half an hour sharpening saws and talking on the phone they began. About 90 minutes later all heck broke out. The 14 year old who had been waving a large power saw around cut his leg pretty good. They loaded up and took off for the ER. Sometime went buy, never heard anything from Frost, didn’t stop by, didn’t call, never even sent a bill. As time went on I completely forgot the incident. Fast forward. It’s September 2019. Three years and three months since that day in 2016. My wife starts getting messages from Frost that we owe him money. Obviously he didn’t like getting an answering machine, he left four messages in less then two days. His calls progressed in temper very quickly. Threatened my wife and eventually me personally and with collection. Used foul language over and over cussing us out and demanding payment. When I finally heard those tapes I could not believe somebody in business would act like this. Called him. He went nuts again demanding his money be paid. Even tried to tell me it was my responsibility back I 2016 to get hold of him. We went round and round on his lack of business skills and attitude. He hung up on me! Minute later a woman called back trying to diffuse a pittyful situation. Told her yes I would pay the $200 and go out of my way to tell anyone and all never to use this guy for anything. Which I am doing. Only takes losing one job to out way the $200. If you think this story can’t be that bad take one look at him and ask yourself if he is someone you want around your home and family. BUYER BEWARE!,,,,

Brian was not trust worthy. He talked a good game but never followed through. He was never on the job site. We have to get an attorney to try and get nearly $8000.00 back. He over charged for the little he did and what he did do has to be torn out and done again. He left our yard a mess and equipment all over for the entire Winter.

Terrible they ran out of boards so they only put one board around the barn but it needed 12 boards. They didn't touch the one side of my yard that needed cleaning up they had to come here twice because he forgot about doing the cedar board so while he was here they had to fix an area that was terrible so he tried to charge me $250 more because they had to make 2 trips that was their fault. I wanted to pay less than out phone agreement then I could pay someone else to finish he job but he said he would take it to his lawyer. So far he has not gotten a dime from me and I am going to get my lawyer also. I would never ever do business with them again and would not recommend anyone to do business with them. Worse company ever

Where to start ... I've never had such a horrible experience and I think anyone who says they are professional does not make a customer cry and speak to them in such a horrible manner ... I hung up on him once and this was all because I was voicing what we were unhappy with ... I was just saying the main pole in 2 foot out of the ground and the cement was still dry cement after 4 days ... I could put my fingers down the pole and into the dry cement ... The fence is cut into sections instead of stretched and nothing is straight ... He flipped and only wanted to be paid ... I asked him to come here And my husband sent him videos and pics of the work ... All he could tell us was to send him a check so we could go our separate ways ... My husband refused and said to send someone here to fix this work ... He sent josh.. Josh is a sweetheart and worked really hard, though no one understands what a chain link fence is suppose to look like ... More cement was layed and I paid the company the remaining balance as we gave $1500 down ... We will eventually replace the entire fence ... I will finish the ties and clip the tops to make it straight and even for now ... We also received a message from him stating that this will be handled in a democratic way he guesses ... Anyway ... The balance is paid and that's what he wanted ... We will go our seperate ways as I never want to hear from him again ... I guess I just expected a more professional looking fence for $2250 for 100ft of fence

My wife and I purchased a cabin in Indian River and we called for an estimate to have our driveway fixed, Brian was on time for the appointment, went ove the whole length (1,250 ft of driveway) showing what trees needed to be removed (so his plow would not be damaged) and how he would fix the surface come spring. He quoted us a very fair price for the snow removal and has lived up to the quote, he calls us when the snow is near the agreed upon depth to plow to see if we will be coming to the cabin. We needed help on finding a reliable electrician and again Brian came through with a very reliable one.
Description of Work: Brian has called upon us for an estimate on resurfacing our driveway, advised on how to clear trees for snow removal, has done an excellent job on being on time, reliable, and is avaliable.
