Description of Work: Installed a new electrical outlet in the basement and connected it to a fixture to provide power for a dehumidifier.

+ -1 moreHaving an old house with 100 amp service and constantly blowing the whole house whenever we ran the dryer and air conditioner at the same time, we decided to hire Witt to upgrade to 200 amp service and move the box from the basement to a first floor room. They gave us an estimate of $1500. and agreed to do the work two weeks later. They showed up on the appointed day with four men and began working. They were neat, courteous and very professional. Though it was a rather large job they completed it by the end of the day and restored our service. We couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of dealing with Witt Electric and would definitely hire them again should the need arise.
Description of Work: We hired Witt to move and upgrade our electrical panel to 200 amp service.

Description of Work: My husband and I bought an older house that had been added on to. Gary Witt came in, evaluated our sitation, and came up with a plan to get it code compliant. He upgraded our electrical box, arranged to have our service upgraded, and changed the main cables. In addition, he installed some new outlets, ceiling fixtures, exhaust fan, and sorted out existing wiring. Gary took our house from a fire hazard to a safe place for our family. He did all of the little extra things I needed in a very reasonable timeframe. I thought Gary's prices were very good compared to other estimates I had gotten. In addition to great work, Gary is good guy. He is honest and hard working. I would and have recommended him to my friends. A++
