+ -1 moreThey were in and out very quickly. They had the equipment and the man power to do a good job, and at half the cost of the company I used to use! I would recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: They removed a large pine tree and ground the stump. A competing company wanted $800, and Underwood only charged me $400.

+ -1 moreVery poorly, missed deadline after missed deadline. Do not pay them up front, you may never see the work completed. I had a order to plant roughly 13 trees over 1 year ago and this order is still not complete. I would have been terribly out of pocket if I had given them all the money up front.
Description of Work: They planted trees, or they were supposed to. They still haven't gotten the job done after a little over a year.

+ 0 moreThe spraying of the house for bugs was initiated at the annual Home Show. The actual cost was lower than the estimate too!
Description of Work: I used Underwood's this year to spray the perimeter of my house for Box Elder bugs and Japanese beetles. It has worked well and the technician was careful around my old, leaky windows. This was a 1-time application. Annually, I use Underwoods to treat my lawn. I get about 4 applications, pre-pay at the beginning of the year and they show up on their Segway-type machines. Again, they are professional and sensitive to closing gates, etc. for my pet. When I needed to save money, they helped me decide what applications were important to keep.

+ -1 moreI was having construction work done at my house. When my contractors began to tear down a wall they noticed a large wasps' nest at 3:00 PM. I needed someone to come out ASAP to exterminate the wasps because the contractors could not continue until the insects were contained. I contacted at least five different companies and only Underwood could send someone out in an hour. In fact, they pulled a technician out of his usual geographic area to ensure that my needs were met. He was extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable. And, according to the contractor, chose the correct method for eliminating the pests from a variety of options that the technician had in his arsenal. I was very, very pleased with their service.
