Jake was great to work with. Came and gave me a few quote and listened to exactly what we wanted and offered suggestions based off his experience. We are super pleased with the result. Jake and Eli worked fast and completed our deck in 3 days. Overall very pleased with the outcome and our experience with Jake.

Jake & his crew did a great job installing my composite deck. Jake kept me informed as to timing of the project. Jake tore off the old wood deck, replaced some old foundation boards, leveled the deck, cleaned up the area of all debris.

Jake did an excellent job replacing and repairing my parents' basement shower just before family came in for the holidays. He worked with their schedule, which meant some evening hours; had the work done on time and cleaned up thoroughly; and did top-notch work. The cost was very reasonable, especially compared to some of the other estimates we got for the project. As important as all that, Jake was professional, personable, and kind. My father has significant health issues, my mom is his caregiver, and they really needed someone they could trust to do the work correctly and completely and who wouldn't try to take advantage of them. Jake was that someone. Should they, or any of their neighbors, need work done in the future, Multi-Craft will be their first call. Thank you, Jake!

We went out for bids and the one from Multi-Craft Construction was the best. This is a small company and a good share of the work was typically done by Jake, the owner with other tasks "subed" out. Shortly after the agreement was signed, Jake injured his back. He approached us indicating that due to his injury, he would have to sub all of the work and it would take longer than originally indicated. We said it would be OK as long as the work would continue to be performed once started and that it would not be spotty. He agreed and that is what he delivered. He did a great job of communicating any important facts about the project and what was to happen next. All work was done as promised and the quality was good. One exception was some of the work done by the plumbing company he subcontracted with. It was necessary for them to redo some of their work in the master bath but once completed, it looked good. The plumbing done under the kitchen sink however let go due to incorrect work (see my other rating) Once the counter top in the master bath was installed, we noticed a flaw in the color. Jake did not hesitate to agree that this counter top needed to be replaced with another. This was accomplished in a timely fashion. I have never worked with anyone more interested in customer satisfaction. He wants his customers to be happy with the job and will do anything within reason to make this happen. If and when I have more similar projects, I will certainly contact Jake first.
