 + 0 moreMagic Clean arrived on time after I had rescheduled numerous times. He was very polite and understanding about all the reschedules which I appreciated. He did a thorough job with "green" products which I also am in support of. He has good equipment for the job he is doing. Long hoses which make it possible to leave tanks etc outside on the porch. The process he uses doesn't require a lot of water which is good for a variety of reasons. I would definitely use the service again.

Description of Work: I really like the fact that they use a completely non-toxic detergent. They apply the detergent, scrub, then extract. I would have preferred if they had done an additional rinse step, as in my experience when shampooing my own carpets, a rinse removes a lot of additional dirt. But that's hard to find with commercial carpet cleaners.

 + -1 moreThey were about 1/2 hour late. I called and they returned my call. Once the 2 men arrived they were totally professional and did everything I asked.
Description of Work: We recently bought this home and the carpet was a stock carpet for a new home - and it was 10 years old. It was filthy, they had 2 dogs, were older and didn't do more than vacuum. They actually brought 2 machines, one scrubbed the caret then they steam cleaned it. I didn't think the carpet would look as good as it does.

 + -1 moreWe were very happy with their work. They were timely and called before they came, and came on time. Their cleaning was the best I have ever had. The drying time was quick and they use organic chemicals. I would highly recommend. They were the best I have ever came across, especially those who are sensitive about the chemicals. The chemicals they used were odorless and had no effect on us being in the home.
Description of Work: We used them for a deep carpet cleaning in an approximately 3,000 sq foot home which was all carpet.
