We called Adrian Locksmith two weeks ago to schedule our new house to get re-keyed. They said their locksmith was not available the week of 7/3, so we scheduled for 7/10. Then we got a call from the business on 7/7 telling us the locksmith wasn't available the week of 7/10 and asked us to call to reschedule. At that point we called another locksmith who was able to come out within two days to do the re-keying. On 7/8, as a courtesy, I sent an email letting them know that another company had done the work, and we wouldn't be needing their services. Today, on 7/10, another one of their staff called saying he was unclear whether there was still an appointment scheduled for today! (after they had cancelled on Friday--and in spite of my having sent an email). This business dropped the ball with a important security matter (getting a new house re-keyed), was disorganized with respect to appointments, did not schedule in a timely manner, did not connect us with another locksmith when their's was unavailable. The only reason I am giving two stars rather than one is that all of their staff, during our phone conversations were respectful and courteous; and their price quote was reasonable.
