Their snow-plowing service is horrible. They do not own up to their mistakes. They damaged the driveway (and ripped off my lawn- not in the picture). Woods landscaping is not willing to fix this. We contacted their business and their Operation's manager (Jason Harmon) is blaming the builder and asphalt company for doing inferior work. The asphalt was newly built 4yrs ago. So only hire their services if you are willing to pay for all the damages they do to your property due to their own negligence.

They've done an awful lot of work for us. We've used them for a couple of seasons but the lawn maintenance, lawn mowing, is ongoing this Summer. They installed retaining walls for us a few years ago. They come every week. I'd give them an A on everything they do. They do really good work.

The lady who took the initial order was nice. She sent me the paperwork to approve the work right away. However, nobody followed up after that until one day, maybe about two weeks later, a truck showed up at my house, they were telling my wife who was at home that they are here to install mulch. I called the office right away to confirm if it was indeed Woods, and she was not 100% sure. I had to leave home early to drive home. It was indeed Woods. I was glad to see they finally showed up. Two guys showed their concerns right away. They indicated 2 yards of mulch I ordered won't be enough. So I asked how many yards do I need and how many do you have on the truck. They told me they will need about 3.5 to 4 yards, and they only had about 2.5 yards on the truck. I asked them to go ahead do the job and target using 3.5 yards. I have to say they did a great job getting the beds prepared and spreading the mulch. Certainly, they ran out of mulch and said they will need to come back later to finish the job. I asked how much more and they told me it would be another 3.5 yards. I was frustrated to hear that because they do this for a living and they could not give me the accurate estimates when the job started. Long story short, they finished the job the next morning. A few days later I got an invoice showing 7.5 yards of mulch was used. I called the office and talked to a "manager" to explain the situation. In reality if I was told 7.5 yards would be used at the beginning, I would have asked them to hold off until I can get a good estimate from other landscaping companies around the area. The "manager" I spoke told me that he could not trust my words. As the first time customer for this landscaping company, I put a lot of trust in them but at the end got screwed. I did pay them the full amount at the end since I did not want to go through the big hassle dispute it and two guys did do a good installing the mulch. I would not suggest my family and friends to use this company as they are not trustworthy. If they can't trust their customers, if they put money above anything else, they are focusing on the wrong thing.

They did a great job at a fair price. I loved getting emails prior to every plow alerting me to weather conditions and what time to expect the plow

Other than the wet weather being a pain, Woods did an amazing job, and exceeded my expectations. Ken was great to work with, and his team really shined. Very professional. All his men wore uniforms, were neat and clean, and did great work.

Woods provides a great snowplow service. They send out e-mail updates to let you know about upcoming weather conditions and when their drivers will be out plowing.

My backyard has a deep slop between pavements and the grass, it was covered with large rocks. Between the rocks all sort of weeds are growing. I am too lazy to clear any of those weeds by hand. And the weeds are getting taller than I am. I want my backyard back. So I contacted Woods, they does my snow plowing in winter. They came to the property and give an estimate on price and timing. With agreement and clear weather, work started and finished within two weeks of time.

They missed plowing my driveway only once in the entire winter. Everything else was okay.

First application went great, every one afterwards was late, very late.

They did a great job with the removals and the cleanup and did it faster (and cheaper) than estimated. We will be using them again!

Ken offers very competitive pricing and does a great job. His crew leader came up to introduce himself the first time they came out. They have done a great job making my business look good to my customers by keeping the lawn trim and neat.

They provided snow removal as promised and in a timely manner during the peak snow times. No damage to the property.

This is the second or third time they have visited. Very professional crew, the foreman came to the door and introduced himself the first time they came through. They were also HALF the price of the guys I have been using for snow & lawn service.

I had just moved out into a more rural area, and I have never used a snow removal service before, but my new home had a really long driveway, about 500 feet, and I was not interested in investing in the equipment to remove the snow myself. I contacted Wood's Landscaping to provide me a quote on doing snow removal at my home. They responded quickly and provided me a price and a sample contract for me to review. The price they gave me was very reasonable and they responded very quickly to my questions about the service. After looking at a few other competitors, I decided to go with Wood's Landscaping and I have been very happy with their service. They have been out in a timely manner to plow my driveway, and they respond quickly if I have any questions. Also, even better, they email me and let me know when they will be out and plowing and keep me informed of their schedule. I would highly recommend them if you live in the Ada or Lowell area.

They kept their promise of finishing before 7:00 am. Usually much earlier, so if it was still snowing, it would accumulate before I left for work. They were fairly quite, so they rarely woke me up, but I am a heavy sleep But I think this should have been expected because they say it takes 7-8 hours to do all their clients. Not everyone can be so lucky as to being plowed just in time. They kept me informed of status via e-mails. I was impressed by their professionalism. This was my first time using any snow plowing service and I was disappointed that there was always a 1/4-1/2" of snow left behind, which almost always left the driveway icy. But I assume this is typical for any plow service because I've seen references to notguaranteeing the driveway will not be slippery in other ads. I prefer asnow blown driveway to a plowed driveway, in part because my driveway is in shade and it takes longer for the snow to melt or evaporate. The price was a bit more than others that were advertised, but I appreciated the ability to make 1/2 payments at the beginning of the season and the first of the new year. There were no big storms last year, so I'm not sure how well they do during a store of more than a foot in a 24 hour period.

They may not be the least expensive but they do a great job. We definitely got our money's worth as ease of mind has value. We went to bed at night confident we were going to be serviced promptly and skillfully should the winter snow fly. They were careful to keep our plowed snow off our neighbor's yard.
