Thorn apple River Plumbing was the first to respond, however, I choose another provider, which was my mistake. When the other company did not show for the book time, not respond to my query, I contacted Thornapple River again, to see if they would help me. That responded immediately, agreed to do the project and wet a time. He let me know when he was on his way to my home, advised my project wasn’t as complicated as I had anticipated, completed quickly for less than quoted. I was very pleased with the service provided, and his professionalism, and have already booked another project with him! I would definitely recommend Thornapple River Plumbing!

Jud was awesome. In and out in 90 minutes and I had my new toilets let’s than 48 hours from when I called him.

He went above and beyond by providing insight into our project when we asked, his work was great quality, he was extremely responsive and flexible. Was respectful of our time and property. Pricing very fair. Would definitely hire him again.

Jud called me within 30 minutes of requesting an estimate through Angie's List, on a Sunday afternoon. I sent him photos of my existing hot water heater and he was quickly able to give me a very competitive quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to come out the next day, New Years Eve, and had the whole job done in about an hour. I was impressed that he called me back on a weekend, and did the installation so promptly.

Timely and professional. I was able to buy the facucet and piping I needed. Thornapple installed in a quick efficient manner. Sink works and looks great now.

It was great. Found my water heater leaking in the middle of the night, I drained it and called Jud at 7:30 am, he called back in a few minutes. He was at my house by 8:15am, had my old water heater unhooked by 8:30, took some measurements and ran to get a new water heater. By 1:00pm or so we had a brand new Bradford White (made here in west Michigan) hot water heater installed and running! It was amazing! He also piped in a new overflow pan to my floor drain to prevent any future leaks down the road. Great guy, friendly, and couldn't ask for more. I would not hesitate to use him again! THANKS, JUD!

Jud knows his stuff and is quick and efficient. He is also very responsive and will get your job done when you need it and when he says he will. This is our 3rd or 4th time calling him back for something new and he will continue to be our go to guy for anything plumbing. I won't let anyone else in the house if it relates to plumbing, there IS a difference depending on who you go with, I've been on the other side of this when Jud wasn't doing the work.

Jud responded promptly even though he was out of town at the time. Obtaining a quote was quick and was able to be done over the phone. He arrived early the following morning and rapidly finished the job. He was professional, kind, and used high quality products. I would highly recommend him to others.

He was good when he did the rough job. But by the time we were ready for the finish work he was unreliable, unpredictable, and had done some things wrong that cost us $. He even charged an extra fee because he showed up before he was supposed to and we didn't have one of the parts we needed. He only communicates by text which we found a problem. He insisted when he saw our review that we change it or he would not finish the job. So I have improved my assessment to get him quit bullying me.

Excellent response, decent work but a bit expense. Maybe I paid a premium for the response

He knows what he's doing and is very quick and honest about what is necessary and what might be optional. Big or small, he's my go to - always! Judanswered my initial phone call, got me a quote within 5 minutes of receiving pictures of the job site, and performed the work two days later. The responsiveness and communication was second to none. He assessed the conditions of the job quickly and got the job done in less than an hour, keeping the price for me down and getting my bathroom operational quickly.

Jud was great !! He was able to get us in within a few days, came on time, and did the work so fast ! Overall very happy and would highly recommend! Called and came within a couple hours. When the caulk didn't look right he came back and fixed it- and left the caulk in case we needed it again.

Called with a slow draining tub problem. Jed was out on vacation, but took my call and gave me some practical advice on how I could likely remedy the problem on my own, and gave me the name of another plumber he recommended in his absence.

Very well. Repaired the tub/shower first then checked washer (problem turned out to be with washer, not water supply). He came at the time/on the date planned and was professional and personable. Will absolutely call back should another plumbing issue arise, and will highly recommend to friends.
