Customer service was great and they were educational during the consultation. They were happy to talk about their competitors as well.

I had a leak around my chimney, the person I spoke with on the phone was polite and their sales person was able to get out within a day. The repair person was nice and explained what they were doing. I will definitely call them when I need my roof replaced in a couple of years.

I recently had Summit Point Roofing replace my roof and I was extremely impressed from start to finish! The consultant who came out to evaluate my roof was the only person I received a quote from that took the time to look in my attic. After my quotes rolled in, they were all relatively in the same ball park, but I was so impressed with the meeting with summit, and the thorough inspection that I went with them. Once I signed my contract, I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Once the materials were delivered they were on site within a couple of days to complete the project. My on site project manager was friendly and helpful. The crew was working so hard they completed the whole roof in just one day. The clean up was also so impressive. It appeared as if they hadn't even been there. I highly recommend Summit Point Roofing to anybody looking for a roof replacement.

The two Summit Point roofers did a great job-- they were on time, cleaned up at the end of the day, and came consistently to work. Our dealings with Joe, the owner, were up front and honest. All of our contact and experience with them has been positive. The roof looks great.

I called three different contractors to give me quotes on a complete roof replacement and not only was Summit Point the cheapest quote I received, they were the most thorough in explaining my needs and how they were going to address them. Chase Rau was my Sales Representative and he was nothing short of spectacular. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as the work to be performed. In fact, Chase even offered to go up on my roof and apply some caulk around a leaking vent on his own time. His professionalism and communication throughout the entire process was appreciated. The crew was very pleasant and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves every day. I highly recommend Chase and Summit Point Roofing! They were simply fantastic.

I had three contractors out to inspect the roofs of my house and detached garage to provide quotes for their replacement. Despite having ample time to inspect the inside and outside of my garage and the exterior of my house, the Summit Point representative overlooked a flat-roof woodshed attached to my house and the fact that there were no soffit vents under the perforated siding covering the soffits (something that a rep from another company easily determined by pushing up on the perforated soffit coverings to observe the solid plywood underneath. Even though I brought the lack of vents to the rep's attention, there was no mention of soffit vent installations in the quote. While the reps for the other two companies broke out the cost for a flat roof on my woodshed, The Summit Point rep verbally 'guesstimated' the cost at two additional squares of shingles (although a flat roof replacement was specified in the work details of the written quote). I determined Summit Point would definitely NOT get the job when the representative described the company as a 'Christian' business. A business that mentions the religion of its owners and/or employees seems to imply it is 'morally' superior to its competitors and that the consumer is obliged to contract for services with the business based on a religious connection. Ratings: Overall - Fair; My personal experience with Summit Point was less than favorable, but they have an 'A' rating with Angie's List so I'll split the difference. Price - Fair: Of the three quotes I received, The Summit Point quote was slightly higher than the lowest quote, but I don't think it accurately reflected all the labor and materials for which I would eventually be paying. Again I'm splitting the ratings difference with Angie's list. Quality - Excellent: The Summit Point rep quoted GAF fifty-year shingles and associated materials, The Owens-Corning shingles used by another company are marginally better, but I probably wouldn't have the house long enough to appreciate the difference. Responsiveness - Excellent: I was able to schedule an appointment with my first call to Summit Point. Punctuality - Excellent: The Summit Point representative arrived on time and patiently waited while I wrapped up an appointment with another representative. I think the Summit Point representative could have put this wait time to better use by performing a more comprehensive inspection. Professionalism - Fair: I was not impressed with the desultory inspection of my house and garage roofs. From the knowledge I gained during the two previous appointments I could do a better roof inspection. Splitting the difference with Angie's List once again.

Extremely well. The roofers did the entire job in a single day. The neighbors were blown away. It looks beautiful. Communication was good and they cleaned up afterwards.

Responded next morning to email. Sent out rep to inspect and discuss option. Kept me inform as to when they would arrive, what they were driving and their name. Estimate was less than other contractor, warrantied work, had 11 perfect scores ans was certified. Work was completed on scheduled and was well done. Rep followed up with pictures. Cost was less than high end of estimate. Very satisfied. We were worried about shingles matching but they did a good job matching. Would use again.

They came out to give an estimate the day I called. Very professional. The work was completed within a week to our satisfaction. Very friendly & professional men that estimated & completed the job.

Highly recommend! Had other quotes and Joe Westa was significantly more professional and invoking of confidence. Price was thousands less than other quote from top-rated company. Work was well done, communication superb. Upon completion, Joe's walkthrough found gutter damage from their ladders that I wouldn't have noticed. He had the gutter run replaced within 48 hours. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Easily and thoroughly completed putting sealant on aluminum roof seams to stop water coming and running down inside walls of three season porch. Arrived promptly, very pleasant. He mentioned that being an older porch it may need treatment again in a few years. I will certainly call upon them again.

They were a very professional group of young men. They knew how to handle my roofing needs and were much quicker than I thought they would be. I was impressed with the way cleaned up after the work was done also. The price for job done was well within the range of other contractors. I think what impressed me most was their communication with me.

Working with Summit Point Roofing was great. I was not excited to have to get the roof replaced on my new home, but they made the experience less painful. Joe Westra was very friendly and answered his phone whenever I called. I have no doubt that they will take care of us in the future if something were to happen that required fixing.

They researched the best roofing options available for our particular home (we have a very low pitch and needed rolled roofing), and managed to replace our entire roof in under a day and a half. From start to finish Summit Point was professional, organized and efficient. They helped us work with our insurance . They emergency patched the roof at no pressure to commit to have them do the final product. I have to admit, I am terrible at communication but joe was easy to reach and always responded immediately. They moved us up on the list because of the damage. After reading and hearing other people's stories about their roof, I thought this process would take at least a week. Our job was done in 2 days and it looks perfect. They not only cleaned up their mess, but any mess from the prior wind damage. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend them.
