RED AUTUMN CO.

Awful experience! Actually the worst person I have ever dealt with. Nick Rogers was friendly however we paid the upfront 50% deposit to have work scheduled then he never scheduled. I called numerous times to find out when he was coming and he kept giving us random dates and never showing. then he finally came worked for 2 hours tore up our yard completely and left. we called him again over and over as well as texts and emails no response to when services would be completed. Still have not heard back from him months later. Our sprinkler has been run over by his equipment and fence was smashed. Needless to say I have started a small claim with the court system because of the horrible experience and money we have lost. I would not recommend him at all, under whatever company he has changed to

Very poor job and very unsatisfied. . Was supposed to be done in 1 day but equipment kept breaking down. Took 4 days. Yard was very torn up but it had rained very hard. Was not careful with overhead wires and hit several wires loose. An electrician was called by Red Autumn to fix overhead wires. After 4 months, the electrician still had not been paid. The electrician contacted Red Autumn several times and was not receiving their payment or even a return call. They had also sent several bills. They then called us and asked if we could help them get their money. We paid the electrician because we felt bad but it Was Not our responsibility. We would never hire Red Autumn again.

First off their estimate was under one local well known co. but the same as another well known co. The work took longer due to weather and my yard is a little worse than I expected. We were in a hurry tho so I accepted the risk to the yard. Loved that they were non smokers and didn't toss butts in my yard like the last crew!

It was pouring rain, and they continued to work, and they cleaned everything up. I felt bad for them because it was just pouring. They had started cutting the tree down, and it wasn't raining, but by the time they got to cleaning up, it was raining. I am going to use them again after Thanks Givng because I have 3 more trees to bring down. They were great.

PERFECT!!!! We would highly recommend this company! He called me the day before we were scheduled and said some of his equipment was broken. And he needed to find replacement parts. He came late the next day and took care of the tree. He kept me informed as to what was happening throughout the day and what I could expect.

The worker arrived shortly after I got home from picking up my daughter from school and promptly went to work. He used a chain saw to cut down the bush and used a leaf rake to clean up the debris from the area. He recommended that I use a product such as round up to make sure the bush did not grow back. Very nicely young man who did a great job!

The owner Nick Rogers came to see our property and gave an estimate. Coming across as helpful and knowledgable, he told us that all the dead trees were elm and probably victims of Dutch elm disease and that after a tree is dead, the culprits leave it, so dead trees do not pose danger of spreading the disease. He also said that a line of trees on our property between our house and our neighbor's had been put in too closely by the previous owner and were too big to thin out without making the view less attractive for the neighbors thus we decided to leave those trees alone. Nick and his helper came when scheduled. When giving the estimate, Nick had indicated removal of a tall tree in the woods would add over $100 to the cost, so he suggested just letting it fall into the woods rather than having it removed from the property. Great care was taken in felling that tree safely. Them Nick and his helper took down the other dead trees and branches and removed the cut wood and branches. Before leaving and at our request, Nick advised us about tree work that probably will be necessary in a couple of years. Red Autumn did an outstandingly neat and careful job and will certainly be a firm we'll consider for any future tree service.

Overall the process and job preformed by Red Autumn was great. They were here when they said they would be and worked long hours to get the job done when promised. It is great to find a company that has integrity and care about the work they preform for others. I would definitely recomend Red Autumn to others.
