Duct Works Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning

Jim did a wonderful job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent! This is the second time we hired him for this job. This service makes a big difference in our allergies. We also appreciated his careful precautions due to COVID-19.

Mr Koster arrived on time, explained his process and proceeded to do a fine job of removing the fine powdery dust from our heating-cooling system. His clean up afterwards was great and we are happy to be breathing cleaner air. I would recommend him.

Jim arrived on time as he said he would. He explained how the process worked to my wife and then went through the house to look for all the flow and return vents. Then he did his thing with the hoses, whippers and air blowers. He created a vacuum so that no matter what he cleaned off NONE of it went else where in the house. He was extremely professional, personable and respectful of our home and furniture. When he completed the work he told us what the majority of the substances removed from the duct work as well as noting our dryer vent was really bad. There is also a noticeable difference in airflow throughout the house as a result of the cleaner vents. I will certainly use this company again and I've already recommended to one of my wife's relatives!

I assume father & son outfit and both were very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of crud in those vents it appeared. The cost was higher than many other places but these guys had an excellent rating. Only negative was on me because I had hoped for help with my allergies because of this but it has not seemed to help much. Still seems worth it though.

Great service. Jim was wonderful to work with. They showed up very promptly at the estimated time. The work was performed very efficiently and thoroughly. They addressed all my questions. I had 11 vents to be cleaned, they were done in about an hour. Cost is very very fair and I feel I got great service for the value. When deciding which company to hire, I was debating between this one & Stanley Steemer. I went with Duct Works Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning simply due to their high number of good reviews and am very pleased that I did. Jim and his assistant, Clint were just terrific. Professional, responsive, competent and friendly. They arrived on time and finished well within the estimated time frame. They were very careful of the property and seemed to have done an excellent job. The air quality is markedly improved, with no more drywall dust floating around and coating every surface. Clean up was perfect ... no evidence that they were even here. Pricing was straightforward and very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Owner came to clean out the ducts on our 1920s home. He did a phenomenal job. The air in our home is much cleaner and the whole system seems to be working better. I appreciated his professionalism, including a follow-up phone call since we left him to work at our house after the initial walk through. Highly recommended!
