Description of Work: This plumber is impossible to contact. One phone message was returned left on my voice mail. | |I then followed up with 3 more messages, none of which were returned. | |I cannot speak to work quality as this provider never did any work for me. However, I would not attempt to contact this provider, with the expectation that your phone messages will be returned. | |Does not have office staff; just voice mail.

Description of Work: Replaced oil fired hot water tank requiring hook up to oil burner much more difficult installation than electric or gas hot water tank and hauled away old one. Went well we were very pleased very nice Young man.

+ -1 more1. Disconnected old supply lines in one part of room, neatly installed new lines to another part of the same room. Job well done 2. Disconnected old faucet and installed new faucet; also and quot;cleaned upand quot; the plumbing done by someone else under the sink 3.Took out old toilet and took away; installed new toilet 4. Took out old hose faucets (3) and installed new ones. Came back immediately when told one new faucet was not working and installed a different brand. 5. Never did find reason for sulfur smell--checked all parts of the system in basement and didn't come up with any specific cause. Indicated he could open up the floor and wall around toilet to see if there were any problem connections. We decided not to do this.

+ -1 moreHe adapts well to the new and the old. Tim is the kind of plumber who shows up on time, does the work as agreed, and he's also available in an emergency. When our water main began to leak he knew just what to do. I recommend him highly, and he's a heck of a nice guy, as well!
Description of Work: Tim Donnell provided plumbing services for our new addition. This included domestic hot water for a new bath room, laundry and baseboard heating. He also gave us help as we remodeled the rest of our old home. He assisted me as we gutted and remodeled.
