 + -1 moreA critical room in my cottage was inaccessible because the lock was corroded or broken. In addition 2 other door locks needed servicing. The Roche locksmiths came within two hours of my distress call and solved the problems completely. I will certainly use them again as needed.
Description of Work: Unlocked door with broken lock, serviced 2 other door locks, installed new lockset.

 + -1 moreRoche Locksmith were very prompt and courteous. They arrived when they said they would. It was a little pricey because they charged the service call plus the actual labor. No labor was included in the set fee of the service call. That was the only negative problem we had with them.
Description of Work: They put in a new lock and keyed it so it matched my other keys.

 + -1 moreLocksmith repaired the broken lock, oriented two others installed upside down by builder (to prevent rain from freezing in lock), and re-keyed two locks that builder had not keyed uniformly with other exterior keys.
Description of Work: Repair broken exterior door lock (tumblers fell into know because builder had installed lock upside down.)
