.They were there when they said they were gonna be there and they did, and you know, like a half a day. And that was good. I don't have anything to say on how they would improve, they were fine. I don't know with other softeners but I guess their price was around the right price.

The system never really lived up to expectations from day one. They were called out to "tweak" the system several times and each time they would claim that the system was working perfectly. This went on for several years as I watched the black, green, and pink, stains in my PEX pipes grow and grow and grow. Each time they came out to inspect and adjust the system I would get a bill for several hundred dollars and a claim that everything was fine. The last time that I asked them to come out was because I was getting tired of looking at the black streaks in my toilet and they repeated their previous claim that the system was working fine and sent me yet another bill at 80 dollars an hour for several hundred more dollars. This time I complained about the amount of the bill because I simply felt that they had not resolved the problem and here I was once again being asked to pay them even more money after being patient for several years while they "figured out" what was wrong. Why am I paying them to fix a problem that was theirs to begin with? When I complained I was told that I would have to speak with one of the owners and they would have them call me. Weeks went by and I never got a call back. But I did get a statement which incuded late payment charges. So I called again to complain about the bill and the late payment charges since I was waiting for the promised call back from the owner. I was told once again that I would have to speak to the owner directly and that they would have him call me. Weeks went by and still no call back but the statements with ever increasing late charges kept coming. So one day I got a phone call that I assumed was somone telling me that the owner was coming to inspect my system and finally get this problem resolved but instead the call was from a COLLECTION AGENCY who had been hired to collect my BAD DEBT! The only ones that were delinquent were the owners of the company in failing to respond to a customer complaint but their way of dealing with it was to send me to collections and damage my otherwise EXCELLENT credit rating. When I called to ask them to remove my name from the collection agency they hung up on me. I finally paid the bill only to try to preserve my credit rating which really rubbed me the wrong way as I felt I was being forced to submit to their terrible service or pay the consequences of having my credit rating ruined. So now I am left with a non functiong system that I spent several thousand dollars on and a completely unresponsive company that installed it. Do not call these guys unless you have a huge tolerance for frustration and being neglected and insulted.
