 + -1 moreAfter 8 months we are seeing cracks at several locations. The drywall is tearing apart at multiple locations. We have tried contacting him several times but the owner Mr. Roger Randall is very arrogant and rude. He not only refused to come and instead demanded us to provide photographs and contact numbers of people whom we have shown these cracks. We provided him all the photographs and even contact number of our neighborhood friend who has construction experience but he refused to even come and look at the issue. Instead he has been making arguments that the cracks are normal part of new construction. We will never recommend this sub contractor to anyone in future. It is very unfortunate that we have such people in Industry.

 + -1 moreExcellent crew performed the work - diligent workers, professional and friendly. Gladly answered all questions asked by me - gave advice on painting lower half of house. Cleaned up after each day of work - at completion of job everything left neat and clean. Would definitely recommend.
Description of Work: Painted (solid stain) upper portion of expanded cape house - replaced clapboards where needed - replaced roof vents where needed.
