+ -1 moreI have seen this young man's work and talked with someone who was very happy with his work on their house. I believe he is probably able to do a good job, but I would certainly want clearer communication and some sort of guarantee that he would follow through on a job.
Description of Work: After giving a fair bid and a written estimate, we shook hands on the deal, of painting the entire exterior of my house. We had phone contact and he selected a start date. Two work days prior to the job start he came to the house (I thought to collect a signed contract and a check), and said he could not do the job; he just "didn't feel right" about the job. No other explanation. Left me without a painter at the end of the season.
