Bryan, Darius, and their crew did a superb job shingling the entire house, very neatly and creatively rebuilding all the various protuberances, reinstalling the lightening rod system, wireless antenna repeaters, etc. They came on time, always let us know when they weren't coming due to weather, were extremely neat and always conscientiously cleaned up. They don't do contracts, but they do very accurate estimates and send detailed weekly invoices for their current charges. They include the invoices from their vendors with the exact amounts plus their markup so you know exactly where your money is going.
Description of Work: Rebuild and reshingle shed roof overhang/facia, reshingle entire house, add new windows, remove existing exterior door and infill, remove existing roll roofing and replace with membrane roof, etc.

+ -1 moreTheir work was professional with heavy interaction with me and my requirements. The structure of the porch and new foundation was rebuilt with up-to-date engineering techniques (engineer on staff). The porch looks identical to the photos from 1900 and is built to last another 150 years. This is a quality company of long standing excellence in the Woolwich/Bath area. One of the owners has stopped by several times to check on the porch during seasonal movement of the ground and temperature. It has been rock solid as of this date. Thanks guys.
Description of Work: Rebuilt a large porch on a historic house in the style of the original (1835). Unforeseen problems with the porch foundation caused it to be rebuilt completely; an increase in cost that was discussed and approved with me.
