+ -1 moreFrom start to finish Anthony Keefe and his crew were fantastic.
Description of Work: Anthony Keefe built our custom home and did a spectacular job. He and his crew were professional, polite, talented and showed attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with our home, now 7 years later. I am adding this now, even though it was 7 years ago, so that we can express our appreciation via Angies List.

+ 4 moreTwo crew leaders and one carpenter were fired on the spot by Mr. Keefe. This resulted in a loss of continuity. As a result I needed to be present daily to advise. The painter was unable to seal the decking properly as a result I did it until the first painter was relieved. The mason attempted to avoid the blueprint specs. Mr. Keefe avoided our input as much as possible especially regarding the construction of a 15k dollar rock retaining wall. I requested that material be left in place for a berm in the front. My request was ignored. We began writing, phoning and e-mailing Mr. Keefe in Dec of 2006 to schedule repair of a basement leak, cracking in the basement slab, and a wash out of the leach field wall as well as persistent drainage from the same wall. Mr. Keefe has never contacted us. We paid someone to repair the leak($1400.00) All else is not repaired. BELIEVE IT OR NOT Mr Keefe actually joked about the poor quality of his 1 yr. warranty at the time of our last payment.
Description of Work: Built a new home for us from our blueprints. Mr. Keefe completed all site prep and and final landscaping including the septic system. One of his crews completed the house project with the usual host of subcontractors providing plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, foundation/cement work and the mason.
