+ -1 moreIt went very badly after the initial meeting. He took a freezer without asking. He returned it when we told him it was promised to the buyers. He arrived an hour late to an appointment with my brother at the house. He walked through and started chucking things in the dumpster we had outside. He did not broom clean the house. In fact, he left the house so dirty/messy, my brother had to go in and clean it before closingHe took almost nothing and we ended up owing him $350. which we were told had to be paid before closing or closing would not happen. He also charged us for his time and mileage which is something he never mentioned- it just appeared on the invoice.All in all, a horrible experience.
Description of Work: This man was called, on the advice of the estate attorney's office, to aid in an estate sale in the Pemaquid region of Maine . He walked thru the house and said he would take and pay us for what he thought he could sell in his shop. He also knew a couple who would take and pay us for items they thought they could yard sale. He promised us, on his way out, that we would come out on the positive side, money-wise, but he didn't know how much. He also promised to broom-sweep the house for closing.
