+ 1 moreDoug Merrill initially presented himself very professionally and it all went bad soon after. He installed kitchen cabinets improperly and then tried to blame poor workmanship on the granite countertop folks. HIS BROTHERS WHO WORK FOR HIM STOLE FROM US, items left in the same room. I called Doug on a Saturday to discuss the recovery of the stolen item and his wife explained he was at a local dealership looking at trucks and he'd be back in 20 minutes. The next day he described how he had been away all day Saturday pouring thru all of his tools and workers trucks looking for the stolen item. I believe he padded the bill and did it all with a smile. Later we were contacted by the electrician looking for payment and described how Doug Merrill refused to pay the him even though we paid Doug the electricians bill plus 15%. I hate Doug Merrill and hope he never works again in this area.
Description of Work: Contractor that installed new Kitchen. He installed cabinets, hired plumber and electrician.
