Description of Work: He called once, said he would be out that weekend. We had a child's playhouse that needed to be put together, would have been a good day's work for one guy with a little help, we were willing to pay top dollar. He never showed up. Tried to call him a couple more times after that, he never returned calls. We have crossed him off our list as dependability is important to us. Other than that, he sounded like a nice guy on the phone.

+ 1 moreNate did great work, as the best price I could find. He was responsive and provided quality workmanship. He also provided quality references for other work that was outside his normal scope or availability.
Description of Work: I've used Nate to put a new roof on as well as raise a floor, add a door, and several smaller projects.

+ -1 moreTerrific job! They estimated the work at an excellent price, arrived on time and finished on budget in about 2.5 days. The new roof looks great and has weathered a few storms already without incident. They left a clean work area at the end of each day and once they moved their equipment out upon completion you would never have known that they were even here. I've got some other projects lined up for next summer and they will be my first (and very likely only) call.
Description of Work: Replaced shingles, small section of roof and vent seal.
