Tim Grant Plumbing Plus

The faucet started leaking again shortly after Tim worked on it. To his credit, Tim did come back out and fixed that. Tim got the sink drain to stop leaking, but it wasn't a rugged job. The pool heater was working when Tim left, but it failed again a few hours later...but this could be due to the age of the heater itself. Someone else did get it working reliably the next week.

Tim was very responsive and helpful. He clearly knows his stuff, and I really appreciate his willingness to tackle whatever we needed.

It didn't go at all. He never called back. I called him a week later and left a message asking him to call back with either an estimate or to let me know that he wouldn't be able to help us. No response.

Tim and his son both came and did a great job! My wife was there during the work and said they couldn't have been nicer. I was thrilled to get home and find out they only charged $120 for their labor. They will be the ones I call, and recommend for any plumbing jobs. Thank You

If I am going to recommend Tim Grant to a family or friend, I would say that Tim Grant is very thorough and does good quality work.

Tim and his son were professional, courteous, and efficient. We will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs. We go south in the winter and we hired Tim to close up the house for us! Great man and will always use him for our plumbing needs. Thank you Angie's List! - great find!

We wanted the existing faucets to be repaired, rather than be replaced - that's what he did. He was good at explaining what he was doing and why. He was able to give us an accurate estimate before he did the work.

A member of my household accidentally drilled a hole into a pipe that comes up into the baseboard forced hot water heaters in my home office. We were able to shut off water to that area though there was still quite a bit that leaked down into basement. We also had to shut the heat off to that zone which covers the basement and all of first floor. Being a Saturday in October, in Maine, I was really worried about getting somebody out and keeping house warm. After leaving VMs for a couple different plumbers, a friend suggested Tim and gave me his number. It was already getting into the evening and he promised to be out in the morning. Relief! He showed up on time, very friendly, work was completed in under 2 hrs. He charged us normal rates even though it was a Sunday morning plus parts. We chatted for a while and he said he services a regular list of clients each year for scheduled maintenance on furnaces and does the kind of repairs that we had as opposed to large contractor jobs so that he is more available for smaller jobs and his regular clients. I'm so glad he was recommended to us because we were pretty much at the mercy of whoever might come out and could have been charged a fortune or had to wait a much longer time. It was nice to have somebody be so responsive and understanding after making a mistake like that and the mess that followed. I would highly recommend him and he would be the first person I would call for home plumbing issues. Thank you Tim!
