Oddscapes was great. They were back in touch with me within hours of when I contacted them and they actually squeezed me in within days to clean the whole yard. The yard is very large and I was impressed with the quality of the work and how quickly they were able to get the work done. I would definitely use them again! Thank you!

They were very good. I plan on using them again too. They were prompt, quick and efficient. They do a great job. They were really quiet while they were doing it.

Took advantage of a prepaid package deal where Oddscapes and I negotiated a personalized package deal. By paying up front, I got a discount on the package deal and honestly forgot about lawn care this year all together. Best decision I ever made. If I needed to add anything we hadn't discussed, for example Ernie suggested adding some stone to an area where I had mulch erosion under a roof area, we added that on the fly and Ernie could take my credit card info on his phone so I didn't need to worry about forgetting to pay the invoice later. :) Ernie and Jen treat the lawn like it's theirs, couldn't be happier.

The experience was not satisfying and I cancelled the yard monthly service. I believe it was probably a genuine misunderstanding on the part of the provider that should not have taken the job in the first place or, once the job had been accepted, given the very clear brief and written confirmation that all the ivy would be removed from the back wall of the building, should have spontaneously communicated that all the ivy had not or could not be removed by them. Instead I had to call and email. The call to understand why the work had not been performed as per the agreement / understanding was not very constructive and miscommunication persisted (tone of the response was not appropriate and telling me that I should have known that the provider was not able to perform such work that they accepted...was not satisfying at all). I cancelled the service. Quality of monthly yard service was mediocre anyway. I would not use this provider again.

i called jen around 5:00 p.m. the previous day and asked if they would be in the area. she said they would be over at 9:00 a.m. the next morning. they were prompt and professional. we have a medium sized portland lawn and they completed the service in approximately 25 minutes. ernie and jen and very knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. and the price was outstanding. i absolutely recommend them. thanks again.

I declined to hire him and thanked him for coming out to see the gardens . He was responsive enough to do that quickly, which I appreciated. I ended up putting a CL ad and finding a university student who was willing to do it for a reasonable price. So the price of 1000-1500 (!) to weed and spread mulch on two garden beds was cut down to about $140.00 (plus cost of mulch). I will review the student next as she is an excellent gardener!

However, the price kept going up but the quality of the work went down.

My yard was seriously overgrown with many dropped twigs and branches from the old oaks as well as last fall's leaves. My irregular lawnguy-of-the-past had not shown to do any work this year and it was now almost August. The yard had gotten so bad that at the suggestion of a coworker, I'd searched for bushhog services on Angie's list. Bushhog falls under Landscaping services, and Oddscapes was listed as servicing my area. I called on a Sunday morning and received a call back same day with an offer to come review the work to be done later in the afternoon. I've had some awesome services provided from Angie's list, but this set a new standard in responsiveness. The owner, Ernie, and his daughter came to my home at a time that fit my schedule, reviewed my area, were not overwhelmed, and came the following day to do the work. They did everything I'd asked and more. They were neat, efficient, hardworking, and thorough. First combing the front, side, and back 'yard' for branches and blow-downs that could trip me or harm a lawnmower, then then removed them to my abutting 'wild growth' area. This was followed by weedwhacking my terrace and areas that a mower wouldn't go, leaf blowing the results and all of last year's packed down leaves, and then mowing and re-mowing in angles until my field became a recognizable front, side and back yard. And they were great with my dog! They came back two days later to spread weed&feed. I couldn't be more pleased and have arranged for regular care and maintenance with them. I intend to call on Oddscapes for actual landscaping help with plantings, shrub trimming and the like. As an older person with some disabilities, it is a relief to know I can rely on them to take over work I can no longer do myself. I highly recommend this family owned company.

Ernie called us back to confirm when he could be here as promised. He arrived a few minutes earlier than the projected time and started right away, based on feedback we had given him during the estimate. The results were wonderful. His work ( raking, clearing land) was excellent and the price came in under the estimate. Ernie is a very hard worker. He is the owner, and you can see right away that he takes great pride in doing work that meets or exceeds expectations. We have already scheduled him for additional work and fall cleanup. It is wonderful to work with a family owned company that has such a solid work ethic. I highly recommend Oddscapes.

Where to begin? To write a review about Ernie and Jenn at ODDSCAPES is tough as they are more than EXCEPTIONAL in providing friendly, professional, affordable lawn care. We set up a free initial meeting and walked the grounds to discuss all that needed to be done..and there was plenty to do!!!! .You don't often find someone who advises you to "do what's most important first" and take it in stages. I cannot say enough positive things about the great service and "go beyond" attitude that Ernie brings every time he comes. Not only will I continue as a customer and tell everyone about ODDSCAPES, I feel I have made a new friend that I really can depend on! I can recommend Ernie with total confidence and plan to discuss plans for winter work: plowing, shoveling,etc. as well! ODDSCAPES does it all...and does it GREAT! More than I expected was accomplished and the area looked great when I returned home.

They had to come back a second time because it started to rain. They sent one person out to do the job the second time. The scheduling was good. Overall, they were very good.

It was okay but not great. They came out within the first few weeks after I purchased the big deal to do the work for me and they did not charge me anything more than the price of the deal. They cleaned up everything around the trees and the leaves and all that stuff but they left piles everywhere. They did not remove it from my property.

It went great! It will be a while before we see the end result.

They showed up early and got right to work. The yard looked fantastic when they were done. I'll definitely be using them again!

It went very well. I had not scheduled quite enough time. The work was of good quality and they were very flexible. Offered to come back but I wanted to get the leaves off the grass so I helped and we finished. The whole project is done and done well. I was very pleased.

Ernest cleaned my lawn of all winter debris (leaves and blown down branches). He did a great job and in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I definitely will be hiring his services in the future.

The Oddscapes crew did a great job of cleaning long neglected flower beds and our whole front yard..... removing leaves, sticks and branches as well as any trash that had accumulated. They did the job quickly and even did a walk through to make sure we were happy !! I would definately hire them again !!

our lawn was unattended for a while and needed a lot of work. ernie responded within an hour of my phone call and stopped by later that day. he looked over my lawn thoroughly and explained what he would do and was very accommodating and informative. he even stopped by for another visit prior to the appointment to speak with my fiance about her concerns regarding our plants. on the day of the scheduled yard work, he was punctual and well prepared. he and his wife jen completed an enormous amount of work in a relatively short time. the lawn and surrounding area look amazing. his price is very fair and i highly recommend oddscapes to anyone who needs any type of yard work, especially for those who aren't well versed in lawn care. ernie is very personable and encourages questions and is extremely knowledgeable. my fiance and i couldn't be happier with the results. A++++

It was good. They were affordable. I was very pleased. They did good work and took care of everything I needed. They were nice people.

I contacted Ernie at Oddscapes to have some general yard maintenance done. He came out and told me how much it would cost, which was very reasonable. I had Oddscapes mow and use the trimmer a couple of times. They did a fantastic job and were very quick. We were very happy with the service. I was most impressed they used the trimmer on the whole property. My husband was impressed because he didn't have to :). We would definitely use Oddscapes again.
