Kathy McClelland

For my first-time home purchase I decided to hire a broker to help. I don't quite recall how I found Kathy. I think an internet search and she was one of the first real estate agents to respond. So, I just dove in and went with her because she called. And I got lucky. Kathy was patient. She took the time to understand what kind of home I wanted. She gave me very good advice on prices, quality, the buying process, negotiating price &c. Now that my boyfriend and I are in our home in Windham, snow/ice/rain storms, with the livingroom floor restored and plans for more restoration, it is so nice. What I liked best about Kathy McClelland was that she was so patient with me (my whimsys, vacillating, freaking out). Bottom line was that I TRUSTED HER. It felt like she had my back in this purchase. And this had to be one of her least profitable deals - $145K house. Yet she treated me as if I was looking for a $3M house. Oh yeah, she's also very fun, smart, and nice.
