Chris showed up within the 2-hour scheduled window and pumped our tank. On time. Courteous. Efficient. Reasonable prices.

Originally, we were supposed to get a group rate for pumping since 3 other were on this trip. We were quoted $275. for July 1st, 2015. I had physical therapy that day and we could not be here as I could not drive. We had dug up what we thought was the access hole, taped the check on the back door in the amount quoted. When we got back later that morning, nothing had been done and the check was still hanging on the back door. Our neighbor saw the envelope as well since we hung it out early that morning. We called the company and were told because we had not dug the proper access hole (which was a foot away, and the shovel leaning against the house) and there was no check, the driver left. We seriously wonder if he came to the right house. We rescheduled for July 15th, the driver showed up, pumped the tank, by now we had exposed the proper access. and gave us the bill for $310. even though they had pumped 8 already on the island. It was the same driver who supposedly came on July 1st and still denied seeing an envelope taped to the door...he was quite rude and obviously didn't care about the reputation of the business which by now was getting really bad reviews. When I called the company, I was told that Group Rates had stopped the day we had first scheduled siince people assumed it was standard procedure. It was not made public information. I told the scheduler that the company was getting bad press on Facebook and people were very upset with the service. She apologized but.made no attempt to make things right. Unfortunately, many people in the area think because we have a summer home, we are too good for the area contractors.. Maine pretty much relies on Tourists and Summer residents for it's economy the rest of the year.

Everything went very well. He was less expensive than our usual guy. Communication was very good throughout the project.

I called on a Monday to have my septic tank pumped, they scheduled it for Wednesday. Both Gentlemen that pumped it out were prompt and courteous and recommended someone to take a look at my leachfield, if needed. I would use them again in the future.

He did a great job and we would recommend him highly.
