Home Depot

Bought refrigerator for lakeside cabin. Drove 25 minutes to get to this store because local Home Depot told me there would be better delivery schedule from this store, which was closer to delivery site. (That turned out to be not true. Had to take day off to receive delivery.) .Told salesman it was a camp road, He said - no problem, they use a panel truck Truck driver was in giant vehicle, refused to bring it down the road. I went back to the store in person to try to arrange delivery in a smaller truck. I was told "I can't make them use a smaller truck. Maybe you can pick it up from the warehouse." I am a 70+ year old woman! They advertise that they deliver! I cancelled the order. Never had the money credited back to my card. Now they tell me I have to go back to the store in person again because evidently the refund was processed incorrectly. I am still out >$550. I am done with Home Depot.

I would use them again. The guy that came out; he estimated the job. He was an idiot but he corrected that. He put some things that already have installation in it. He tried to wonder where he's at but he showed up a day later or half a day later.

The installation went great. The salesperson wasn't what I would expect. Did't make the appointment, screwed up the estimate, ordered the wrong materials Home depots service center made everything right, and I was pleased with the result

They have better selection and better price. I had a very nice experience with them.

They were fantastic. We had used them with our siding and our windows. This time was with the insulation. The guys were very professional that came in. They specifically had said where we were at as far as a grade with our insulation and made us feel confident that what they had done was grade A. It was during the cold snap that we had and it was immediately, we could tell what the difference was in our home. I think a lot of why we go through Home Depot is the warranty. Most of things that they offer for warranty, if we should ever sell our home, they actually turn it over to the next home owner. I'm not sure about the insulation but anything like the windows and the siding, so it's a turn around for the next home owner on this home.

They are a very good company to work with. When they sub-contract the work to someone they do a back ground check so that I don't get a creep around my house. The guys put 18 windows in two days and they never even took a lunch break. They were very fast and they took out what they took in. They were very friendly, I've got four children and they worked around my children as well. They were polite and I admired they hard work. I would use them again in the future.
