They had given me an estimate about a year and a half ago and was able to hold on that price. The gutters are seamless and they attached them with no problems. They unclogged the other gutter and plugged a hole that some birds had formed and were trying to build a nest in the gutter. Reattached a clip that the painters missed. The next time it rained I checked the re-routing that was now funneling to a drain and the water had found a way to back feed. I called them and asked to try a different way of funneling into the downspout. They came out in the next couple of days and did what I asked, at no charge, and the problem was resolved. Really nice people to work with!!

We were contacted within one day and an evaluation and estimate came within two days. The representative was polite, friendly and gave a written estimate that was accurate. The work was done a week later. The workmen were professional, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend the Gutter People for their excellent work and service.

Excellent. I received a very through estimate from the company owner. Service was scheduled promptly when requested. The crew arrived on time and performed high quality professional work exactly as described in their estimate. The new gutters are an excellent match in color to the house and are a very sturdy upgrade to our previous gutters.

They we great! I scheduled the install with them 2 months in advance. 1 week before the date I picked, they called me to confirm that I was still ready! The day of the install, they were on-time and done in about 2 1/2 hours. Both gentlemen were very professional and friendly. I would recommend the Gutter People to my closest family and friends!

Let me make this perfectly clear! From the very first contact with the Gutter People, everyone involved has been punctual, professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented, and highly skilled. I am a former high end boatbuilder and am used to yacht quality craftsmanship. The gutter people certainly passed the yacht quality test with ease. I really appreciate their great work and attention to customer satisfaction. I cannot score them highly enough.

It went great without a hitch with them working with me to get the down spouts and the extensions going the the right direction.

The quote process was comprehensive and pleasant. We thought it over and got other quotes to be sure the price was competitive. On the scheduled date, the team arrived on time and worked straight through the morning (and the drizzle). They communicated clearly about the work they were doing, their timeline, and the process for payment. Very professional all around. The gutters just went in, but they look great and appear to be working well so far. The installation comes with a 10-year warranty as well. We got green gutters and grey downspouts to match the house trim and siding, and they blend in extremely well. Consider me a satisfied customer.

The whole process and the folks who worked with us was fantastic. They were professional from the get-to, just like previous reviewers noted. I don't have the folks' names handy, but the initial consultation/estimate involved one of the family members/owners who came out and listened to what we wanted, then provided a clear estimate with explanations and breakdown of the parts. Their prices were right where we expected and, although not the cheapest estimate we received, they guaranteed the price upon install. When the team of two came to do the actual install, they were courteous, professional, and very fast. They listened to what I was expecting to have completed and made specific suggestions and explanations of why he would do it. I went ahead and asked for additional work installing a piece for the garage which I explained would have a rain barrel installed later on. They custom cut the down spout to have a section which I could easily remove to be able to install the barrel at a later time, without any negative change for current use. Can't even tell there's a difference. Overall, the product is top-notch. The reinforcements and brackets which hold up the gutters are spaced fairly close together, which I will assume is stronger and should last a long time. Very satisfied and I even bought them lunch (tip).

Excellent work--even started was earlier than planned.

Initially came out in Nov 2010 to give an estimate of guttering 4 separate areas of the cape style with ell home. Requested 4 separate estimates so we could decide which portions of the overall job to have done, if we decided against doing all at once. Very accommodating and gave us what we wanted. They informed us that two areas would be fascia mounted, while two areas needed shingle straps/brackets. Informed us that the fascia mounting could happen at that time of year, but it would be better to wait until warm weather to do the areas which required lifting the shingles as they would be less brittle in the warmth. Ultimately we had one small area done immediately, and intended to have the other 3 areas done the following Summer. However we did not get to that then. This year when I called them and asked about updating their original estimate (to reflect the fact that over 18 months had elapsed since the original estimate had been given) I was informed that they would honor their original estimate and so I happily scheduled the work. And we are very pleased with the results. Over all, from first phone contact to final installation, this company is very professional and courteous and accommodating to client requests. The work done was neat and any clean up required was done immediately. I heartily recommend them to anyone in need of gutters.

They are doing the project in August. They were prompt and their quote was reasonable for the work that they will be doing.

I tell you what, they're great, on time and they're rated 5, 5, 5. It was wonderful, I think they're the first people that have come out to the house that I was happy with. They were very helpful in showing what I needed then. I would use them again.

Having the and quot;Gutter Peopleand quot; instal new gutters on my house was a smooth, pleasurable experience with no issues. Scott came out to evaluate the project, and he educated me on what I should and should not do, and he was absolutely NOT pushy in any sort of way. Obviously, his experience gave me a level of confidence that made me choose them. His crew came out on time (in fact, they were a little early), and they did a walk-through with me before beginning the project. Once they got started, they knocked out the install of gutters quickly and efficiently. After the project was completed, we did one more walk-through to confirm the job was done as expected. Sure enough, like clock work, it started to rain the day after the install took place (note that it had not rained fro weeks prior to the gutters being installed), and the work that the Gutter People stood up with no leaks nor other issues. I am satisfied with the work that Gutter People did on my house!

We had problems with rain water on a back section of our home and around a sun porch. When we called The Gutter People we had a and quot;liveand quot; response to our call and an appointment for an estimate was set. When they came out they made recommendations for fixing the problem and gave us a very reasonable fixed price for the job. A few days later they gave us a date for the job. The crew arrived right on time and confirmed the details of the job before they started. The work was completed efficiently and with care. This is a very professionally run business and a pleasure to work with. Top notch people from owner to office to work crew.

They were excellent. They were one of the best companies we have worked with. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

They came out and gave us a free estimate. The owner was very nice and chatty. He was able to answer any questions we had. He didn't try to up sell us wih anything. In fact, he told us putting covers on the gutters were a waste of money. Instead he told us any easy way to remove the leaves in debris ourselves. He let us know there was a 2-3 month waiting list and they were back within 2 months. It took 2.5 hours and they were done. Easy.

Prompt estimate, thorough details. Very patient with us when we had to delay due to work travel and life chaos. And very adaptable to get us back on the schedule quickly once we were grounded again. Their install crew was prompt, courteous, helpful and suggestive, and thorough. We love the look and will likely do the front of the house next year, though we weren't planning to, these went so well at a good price, now we want to!

Gutter People were terrific. They gave a very direct estimate. They were quick. They did not vary from the estimate. They also, made a very good suggestion to fix the problem I had. They stayed right on budget. I will use them again in the future. They were right on time. They were very professional.

The gutter people were very good. When I called the man answering the phone was friendly and polite. He gave an exact time when he could come over and was prompt arriving a few minutes early even. He did a good job estimate and alerted me of potential job issues such as rotten wood and gave me quotes for how the job would look in various circumstances depending on the issues they would run into. Prices were fair, job was done in about three hours which was impressive. Definitely would recommend them to anyone with gutter work.
