+ -1 moreThey are very good. They are prompt. They do a nice job. They build whatever you need. They are reliable.
Description of Work: I used Dock World of Maine to build a dock. We have to remove most of the dock for the winter and have it rebuilt in the spring. They do repairs as needed. Last year, they had to rebuild a whole section that had been damaged by the ice and the lake.

+ -1 moreI bought a house with a dock previously installed by Dock World. After last winter I noticed that it began to slip off it's foundation and list heavily to one side. I called Dock World in October to ask if they would come give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix. After leaving a few messages, and then checking up, I was told that someone would come out the week of November 18th to look and get back to me. I was then called back the week of DECEMBER 18th with no more information than 'yes your dock is off its axis'. ME: "Well, how much to fix it and how will you do that?" They told me they would get back to me, and they still haven't. Needless to say this level of unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy ensures I won't be using their services.
