So far excellent. We would highly recommend Cristina, if you want someone who will keep it simple or someone who will sit down and go over every detail with you. Cristina can do all of the above. She is thorough, has an excellent personality, is hands on with regards to her listings and making sure that you will received 100 percent of the care and more that she can give to you while working with you. We will always look to Cristina to help with any real estate in the Portland Maine area. No matter who you have worked with before, consider talking to Cristina before you make any decisions first. We found her after working with a real estate company/agent that did not work out. She from the first meeting was sure to give us complete copies of all paper work answer all questions and more. We are still working out the details of selling but so far its been more then a pleasure to work with her. If all goes well this sale will be accomplished soon thanks to Cristina totally in our opinion.
