Rob provided an estimate that was true to the install cost. He called prior to arrival time to advise he could come sooner than scheduled time if worked with my schedule. He arrived within the estimated window to perform the work. Rob was very professional and left the areas he worked in cleaner than before starting the work. I would highly recommend him and will use him again for further electrical needs.

The install went great, Robert showed up right on time even after we just got hit with a nasty snowstorm, I thought for sure he would be several hours late. He did a great job with the install and was more than willing to take care of some extra projects that were not discussed in our original contract. He was conscientious and made sure everything was covered and did a great job of cleaning up after he was done.

When we called Bob he came right over and checked out everything affected by the surge, including our appliances, furnace, and monitor heater. He was very thorough in checking out our electrical system, allowing us to feel much more comfortable about our safety. He helped us with out next course of action, including which other professionals to call, and gave us advice for helping with the insurance company claim. Bob was prompt and professional, and explained everything clearly. We appreciate his help, and we will definitely call him again in the future.

Rob took a look and said he can easily add that based on what we already had installed. So while he came to prepare a quote he actually provided a service as well. We now have fully functioning access point for our Roadrunner service. He explained everything that he was doing and shared his knowledge. The only challenge was with Time Warner, who wouldn't allow 2 modems, but I fixed that by moving the current modem to the upstairs. Looking forward to receiving the quote for the basketball lighting and working with Rob again.

Bob has done all of the electrical work for me since I bought my house in the fall of 2014. This includes replacing all exterior and some interior lighting with LED lights, installing a ceiling fan in the bathroom, and installing a generator. He's very responsive and thorough, and takes the time to explain what he's doing.

Bob was awesome. Fast, professional service. Needed a 220 for an electric dryer. Contacted him Thursday evening. The receptacle was installed by noon the next day. Highly recommended!!!

I've hired many contractors since becoming a homeowner, and it's always a surprise when a group of strangers show up to do work I hired someone else to do. But not Bob. Bob did all his own work! He was fast, focused, organized, unobtrusive... in fact, I would say he was lovely to have around. Such a nice guy, and very good at what he does. Bob was here for 4 days and not once did I wish him gone. He did an amazing job and I would hire him again in an instant.

Robert returned my call within 24 hours and scheduled us for the next week. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He checked with us as he did the installations to be sure that everything was correct and as we wanted. He worked continuously and cleaned up when he was finished. After making the first call, I received a return phone call promptly within an hours time. I described the work I needed. He was very professional and requested I provide, via email, the installation document for the stove from the manufacturer so that placement of the plug would not be in the way of the inner workings of this downdraft stove. Downdraft stoves are not typical for venting purposes and he was familiar with the concept. He removed the stove quite quickly and had printed the specs for the stove that he referred to for the installation of the plug. At all times he seemed efficient and professional. Because of the age of the house, installing newer versions of recessed light units would require more extensive work, ie cutting into the ceiling etc., he recommended that I replace them with units exactly the same, which amazingly are still being sold. Impressive he was aware of that and that he suggested that instead of a more extensive/expensive and labor intensive alternative. End result: Plug is ready to go for a soon to be installed stove. The recessed lights are fantastic. There was no work related clean-up required by me at all. I was extremely pleased with the work and the overall experience.

Bob was 5 minutes early, a good sign. He managed to do all the work I needed done in the 2 hours I'd paid for to Angie's plus some materials costs. He was polite, friendly, conscientious, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever getting defensive or bored. Rob had an unexpected opening in his schedule so I was able to get him right away. Lucky me! He was extremely professional and did a great job. He also made the whole process very simple - we handled the payment over the phone. I am super busy so this was an added bonus. I highly recommend him and will call him the next time I need an electrician.
