+ -1 moreHired BCL to put in new driveway in September 2007, cost was competitive with others that quoted the job and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. Not the lowest cost, but not the highest. This is my first paving contractor experience. Install was quick and the driveway looked good. Midway through the first winter, the driveway started breaking up. Contacted BCL about it and got no response. They did not respond until I filled a BBB complaint. They eventually came out to repair the driveway and I closed the BBB complaint because I wanted BCL out of my life. The driveway is ready for replacement now in 2013 because it is so badly broken up. Sections are just over an inch thick (I know because the pieces are broken up and are all over the place). My parents driveway is over 35 years old and is still going strong. BCL might know how to talk and get a job, but then their work is terrible based the driveway they installed at my house. Next driveway I put in I will go with the highest cost person and I will give them a tip.

Description of Work: VERY POOR SERVICE, WE HAD A 90 FOOT DRIVEWAY INSTALLED, THERE IS A LARGE DEPRESSION IN MIDDLE, THAT WATER POOLS IN. THEY DON'T RETURN MY PHONE CALLS.
