I have had zero ant problems since using Ants, etc. Having an annual plan, the work has been all that was advertised.

It was a great experience under the circumstances. The owner called before coming, showed up on time, and explained the situation thoroughly. He then set out a bait trap to catch a large rat that had been seen in our yard the previous two days. He said it may take a couple of days, but we have not seen Mr Rat since. I assume he got him. I would call this company again without hesitation. They did a great job.

He did and excellent job.

I had a column on my porch with signs of carpenter ants, but no other signs of them. Matt came on time, called first, and explained the what, where and why of it very carefully. He treated the ant hole with dust and spray and sprayed all around the rest of the porch. I then showed him a couple of other areas I had concerns about, and he clarified that one was not pests and the other I should keep an eye on but looked fine for now.

Mr. Stover was available on the phone when I called and patiently listened to what I needed. He kindly offered any advice based on his expertise, what to do, what not to do and, ultimately, recommended I get professional help as carpenter ants can be challenging. Also, since I needed the pests removed from my massge studio, he was in complete understanding of my need not to create a toxic environment where I see clients. So, I told him what I had been doing and what I had been using, he explained the way to use each product effectively and said he could not ethically sell me chemicals that you need to be licensed to use. I appreciate his ethics and am just sorry that he isn't local enough for me to use.

We were very pleased with the work Matt did. I contacted several brand-name pest control outfits, but they wanted yearly contracts with monthly maintenance fees. Matt at Ants Etc. was very personable on the phone. After asking a few questions, he was able to provide a reasonable one-time estimate that was exactly what we ended up paying. He was flexible with his scheduling, and arrived right on time. He was courteous and respectful of our living space. He was friendly and made small-talk as he worked. I was happy to support a local businessman who did a great job.
