The actual installation went smoothly. This installation was done on a new home purchase. There had been some confusion involved because the two realtors also communicated with the installation company. They weren't quite sure who they were installing for but it all ended up fine in the end. The estimate was done by one person and the installation by another. Unfortunately they didn't seem to agree on the type of system we needed installed. We went with the original system and it seems to be working well.

Very convenient to schedule a consult and then I was able to schedule the installation via email. This was very convenient. The installation went smoothly. Billed as quoted. The installation team was very professional and explained what they had to do and how to verify the system was running after they left. I was able to use a credit card and pay over the phone, bonus!

Description of Work: Radon air device had stopped working. We thought it was dead motor. Repairman came and very quickly found it was just a ground fault outlet that had snapped off, probably after a power outage. Just had to reset, and it was a go! We didn't even know the GFI was there. Wonderful news!

I considered the price reasonable. They were very nice and easy to work with. They came in did the job and left. They were very effective, put it in and gave us information. I would use them again, if I needed them.
