+ -1 moreOne lawn mower would have been too costly to repair. Decided not to have it repaired. Remaining mower and snowblower were delivered, and left check for driver. When I went to use the mower, I discovered that the bag was not with the mower. Called the company and was told that they never take the bags off, so I must be mistaken that the bag had been on the mower when it was picked up.They picked the mower back up, and called me to confirm that the driver was sure there was no bag on the mower. They did provide a replacement bag, but I didn't appreciate essentially being called a liar. Even when the driver dropped off the mower, he was rude, and suggested that maybe my neighbors had stolen the bag off the mower before he picked it up. Seriously need some customer service training.

Description of Work: Upgraded my snowblwer which had bit the dust. Gave me many options (new,used) I opted for a used model similar to my old one and years younger with many improvements. (Tested in wet snow, heavy snow, worked great!). Tuned and ready to go, delivered on time, machine is like new. When my mower goes can't wait to pay them a visit.
