+ -1 moreWe use a private, single guy to put in air conditioning and heat air devices. Josh Bashton with Maine Heating and Cooling. He did a good job.
Description of Work: The first day it got hot the cooling wasn’t working and he fixed it. He had to replace some parts.

Description of Work: Josh did a good job of informing me of the issues he found while cleaning and tuning my furnace. He let me know of things for follow up at a later time. He had to walk through the house to get to the basement, and he was respectful of that fact. | |My furnace is humming along and no longer leaking water all over my cellar floor. | |His price was very reasonable. | |I highly recommend Josh and Maine Heating and Cooling.
