I learned quickly that Dave is a subject matter expert in all things construction. He gives detailed but not confusing explanations of what goes into a project, including materials, permits needed, specialty equipment and other possible contractors. He thinks of everything so you don’t have to! His pricing is fair and he is honest about his schedule and the timeline of your project. Once you become a customer of East Coast Vinyl you are a customer for life. It’s really hard to find competent and skilled contractors these days, so glad I found East Coast Vinyl.
