Excellent. I live in a condo. The association insurance requires water heaters over 10 years old be replaced. He needed to come a second time as the water to the building needed to be shut off. Also my washer and dryer need to be removed to get to the water tank. He needed to moved them on each visit. Very pleasant and quick.

Joe came to the rescue when I tried to tackle capping some water lines for a bathroom renovation in Cumberland Foreside. He was recommended by another reputable plumbing outfit that I am friends with when they couldn't get to it. Joe came out within hours when I sprung my leak. I have had so many experiences where contractors or subs just don't respond or work. He certainly isn't one of them.

He showed up on time. It's an older home, so the install was not standard. However, he worked thru the challenges quickly, and finished the job on time. The HWH is on the first floor, so he was careful with the removal and install. Much appreciated.

Joe contacted me right away. he gave me good information and installed the hot waiter tank promptly and made my tenant happy. Joe is good with communication, professional and friendly. I will use him again and definitely recommend this company.
