Quick to get the repair I wanted done and very knowledgeable. No BS or added charges. They gave excellent advice and were very responsive to email questions as the process continued. I ve found it difficult to get plumbing services on an efficient basis and these guys were completely opposite. Will keep their card handy as long as I own a home in their service area.

I can't speak to the quality of workmanship for this company, however the fact they called at 4:00PM the day before our appointment to cancel and their couldn't care less attitude I think speaks for itself. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Quick response to inquiry...estimate was same as final charge. Joe arrived on time, was competent, and completed project in timely manner. The scope of work was the change-out and upgrade of five toilets. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Home Advisor did not tell Joe from Customized Plumbing and Heating about the appointment so I had to call to arrange an appointment. When I told him what was wrong with the sink, he seemed to know how to fix it. However, he came in the afternoon of the day we requested but 2 other people had no heat so they were a priority. I had no problem with that. He said that we probably needed a new faucet. So, we went out to buy a new faucet and we put it in.

very reasonable rates for quality service. I had two different leaks that made the repair more difficult to isolate. He did a good job.
