Customized Plumbing and Heating

He knew he was installing a dishwasher, he could have saved us both some time. Customized Plumbing went out to buy the drain hose and charged me for the time, but as it turned out he did NOT buy a new hose, but used an old hose from a previous installation. Online manual had suggested hose was kinked and that was why it was not working. Joseph said it must be the problem of the dishwasher. Another appliance repairman came out and said that the hose WAS kinked, and that is what was causing the problem. Homeowner purchased the hose himself and installed himself and dishwasher is now working perfectly.

While his work quality was fine and his availability was convenient I did not think it was fair that he charged me the $25 fee he gets charged from Home Advisors (a fee I was never aware businesses were charged). He gets business from Home Advisors and that is a fee he should incur as a way of advertising himself. In a way he is benefiting twice - from xharging me and fetting he publicity. So, I will not use him again and. probably bot Home Advisors again for not divulging this fee.

Contractor contacted me quickly and was on time for the appointment we arranged. He was honest and informative and suggested some things for me to keep an eye on.

I called at 10am and he showed up at noon. Amazing!! Walked me through everything and what he could do. Very informative.

Joe was very professional. Did all the work quickly and with good quality workmanship. Cleaned up after. Good value . Highly recommended - will use again.

Came within 1 hour. Did in 45 minutes what another plumber said could not be done without major disruption to the building’s water system, when all he had to do was turn a shutoff valve under the sink. Extremely pleasant. Can I give 10 stars?

he was not very professional. swore when things didn't go right. Left lights on, etc. He didn't seem very happy doing the job like it was a bother to him. After saying that I think the workmanship was good.
