Originally, we were going to pick up our rug and take our furniture down there and it ended up that they could do that for us with no extra charge so we really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to do that for us. Their prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: We had a rug, carpet cut and bound, and then we had furniture upholstery cleaned at Carpet Specialist.

+ -1 moreI couldn't be happier with the carpets they installed. From the time I walked into their store (which was 10 minutes before their closing hours - sorry about that) I was treated like a real person. I felt like I had plenty of choices to consider and no pressure at all. I was allowed to take home a sample case of fabrics, and didn't meet any resistance when I asked if the carpets can get aired out prior to installation. I was thrilled that he could meet my exact timeline too. The actual install of the three carpets went flawlessly. I wasn't there to see it happen but my wife said that they were on time and very friendly. I am positive that they beat the price quotes I had received at Home Depot and Lowes. And I know if I ever have any questions or issues with warranty that they would be right there to help.
Description of Work: Installed carpet & padding in a enclosed porch, living room and a loft area.
