+ -1 moreWorst service ever!!!! Do not hire! We paid him over 4,000.00 and our heating system still isn't functioning properly as promised! We have called him numerous times and our phone calls have not been returned! Stay away!

+ -1 moreand I can barely hear it run now, it is way quieter. He made adjustments to make it more efficient too. He left me with a written report of what he did and the percent of efficiency it now puts out. He said it will now use less oil and the water is hotter now too. The furnace, it's area was cleaner and smelled better than when he got there. He was very neat and clean too. I am so pleased with him and his work i would reccommend him to AANYBODY.
Description of Work: Cleaned and tuned up my heating system.

+ -1 moreHe used to be one of the service people for another company we had used for years. He was by far the best of the guys that came and did the servicing so when he started his own company we were more then happy to move with him. He is very good, very professional, very thorough and very competitive. He is A's across the board and i will definitely continue to use him.
Description of Work: I used Charles Shepherd at C&C Heating Services. I have been using his company for about a year but him personally, I have used him about four years. I did look through Angie's List but they were all more expensive.
