 + -1 moreWhile he was in my home he was professional, and courteous. But, he did not follow through with an estimate as promised. Now I have to start all over. I cannot recommend this electrician to anyone.
Description of Work: I asked for an estimate on installing a tankless water heater. The electrician showed up a day early which was fine. I was home staining the front deck. I showed the existing water heater and explained to him that I wanted to install a tankless water heater. He said it would take 2-3 days to get a quote to me. I said that was fine I wasn't in any hurry. It has been several weeks now and I still don't have my estimate. I have called his business and left messages and have not had a return call.

Description of Work: Tom Campbell responded quickly and courteously to my need for a whole house electrical inspection. He patiently and articulately answered my questions and tolerated my inquisitive presence as I followed him around my home. His cost for this inspection was fair and reasonable He is personable,thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. I can highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreMy husband and I contacted Campbell's and spoke with Thomas Campbell after the power went out in our living room and we could not reset the breaker. He came out later that same day to fix the issue. He arrived within the time frame he gave us, was polite and professional, answered all questions (we had quite a few!), inspected our electrical box and replaced breaker. We also spoke about future repairs/projects and he was very helpful. Excellent service. Thank you!
